Shu Chuan Yao is a design engineer focusing on developing digital applications, interface, fabrications, algorithms in the fields of robotic fabrication, Human-robot interface, and Interaction.
He has worked among multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and artists to complete a variety of commercial and research-based projects.
From being a designer to an engineer, he has worked on conceptualizing product narratives and interactive digital experiences through new mediums of representation enabled by emerging technological innovations.
