This research aims to find a universal cutting process for curved surfaces by synchronizing two robotic arms. The whole digital definition was from studying the elastic features of a rod, rod, and metal blades to define the parameters. I was in charge of the whole developing process of this cutting-edge technique from material research, scripting, manufacturing test, mechanical design, and final product production and delivery. This method has the potential to replace the existing methods of curved wall manufacturing. Its high efficiency and material-saving advantage propose a better way of fabrication.
